The fully renovated Ministry of Finance building in The Hague is now fully in line with modern requirements, whereby glass plays a main role!
Glued finned structures
Glass finned structures have been placed behind the glazed façade and below the glazed roof of the winter garden in the renovated Ministry of Finance buildings in The Hague. Each finned structure is made up of double or triple glazing glued into a steel frame. Scheuten Absoluut Glastechniek developed, tested and fitted the 21 metre high finned structures behind the double-glazed, tempered glass facades in collaboration with partners.
